2009 saw aKING releasing their second full-length album “Against all Odds”, described as “a rare and beautiful thing that shifts our collective pop rock reality…” (Jason Curtis, New Media Publishing). The album was enthusiastically received by fans as well as critics, and the first single, title track  “Against all Odds” was playlisted on 5FM, Highveld Stereo, KFM, OFM, East Coast Radio, JacarandaFM, Red Cap Radio and campus radio stations nationwide, reaching various # 1 positions on national charts.

EERSTE SINGLE VANAF NUWE ALBUM NOU GRATIS BESKIKBAAR AANLYN

Van Coke Kartel (Francois van Coke en Wynand Myburgh) het Saterdagaand 5 Desember  die musiekvideo vir Voor Ons Stof Word -  die eerste snit vanaf hulle opkomende album, Skop Skiet en Donner by Assembly in Kaapstad vrygestel.

Soos met die musiek op Skop Skiet en Donner, is die musiekvideo van Voor Ons Stof Word ‘n opwindende vertrek van Van Coke Kartel se vorige werk. Die video (gemaak deur Louis Minnaar en Van Coke Kartel se eerste animasievideo) neem kykers op ‘n dromerige, rockerige verbeeldingsvlug waar Francois en Wynand in ‘n magiese wonderwereld hulle ding doen.

Chris Chameleon is taking his production Klassieke Chameleon on a national tour from 6 – 19 September. He will be visiting Cape Town, Johanneburg, Pretoria, Durban, PE, Secunda and Bloemfontein.

In this acclaimed production, Chris impressed both his audiences and critics alike and received numerous standing ovasions at the Volksblad Festival, Cultivaria Festival and at Aardklop in 2007, as well as at KKNK in Oudshoorn in 2008.
